DESCRIPTION:Calling all young lawyers ! \nRegistration is now open for the second in the Young Commonwealth Lawyers  Association (YCLA) Masterclass series aimed at a pan profession audience of young practitioners\, students of law or those wishing to gain insight into this complex and challenging area of advocacy. \n\nThe YCLA welcomes Lynda Gibbs QC (Hon)\, the Dean of the Inns of Court College of Advocacy in London\, to present a 90 minute Masterclass on “Cross-examining children and vulnerable people – a sea-change””\n\nUsing “The 20 Principles of Questioning ; A Guide to the Cross-Examination of Vulnerable Witnesses” as a guide \, this training  document will be circulated to all registrants in advance of the webinar as an important reference point.\n\n\nThis webinar will contain references to sexual\, physical and emotional violence\, suicide and death which some attendees may find distressing .
