Dianah Igati

Dianah Igati is a Legal, Compliance and Governance professional with extensive experience in financial services regulation, digital economies, and emerging financial markets. She specialises in building sustainable business models by designing and implementing governance frameworks, internal processes, and control strategies that strengthen compliance culture while enabling responsible business growth in fast-evolving regulatory environments.

Dianah currently serves as Regional Head of Compliance, APAC at Pepperstone, where she leads regulatory strategy and compliance oversight across multiple jurisdictions, including Australia, Africa and the Middle East. In her role, she oversees compliance for the firm’s OTC derivatives and digital asset offerings, including its crypto exchange operations, ensuring alignment with complex regulatory frameworks while supporting innovation in global financial markets.

Her areas of expertise include financial services law, financial crime (AML/CTF), digital asset regulation, data protection and governance, and corporate governance. Dianah is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Financial Law from the University of London.
