She is a Notary Public, Arbitrator and possesses a Masters Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation (Credit) from University of Pretoria, a Bachelors of Laws Honours degree (Upper Second Class) from University of Malawi and a Diploma in International Arbitration. She has certificates in: Corporate Governance, Investment Project Preparation Appraisal, Export Credit Finance, Financial Analysis of Investment Projects, Sustainable Finance and Business Leadership.
