Towfique Ahmed
Towfique Ahmed has served at three Law Schools in Bangladesh. He provided tuition for distance learning Bangladeshi students studying at the University of London (UK) and BPP University (UK).
He is currently working as a Senior Associate at a Law Firm in Dhaka with a focus on Alternative Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property Law, Media and Entertainment Law and Business and Business Law.
Towfique is a member of The Honourable Society of Middle Temple, Inns of Court for England and Wales and, he was called to the Bar in the year 2016. Towfique achieved his LL. M in Business Law from the University of Derby, UK, LL B from London Metropolitan University, UK and Bar Professional Training Course (PgDL) from Northumbria University Newcastle, UK. He holds Certificates for courses ‘Law and the Historic Environment’ obtained from Department for Continuing Education, University of Oxford, UK and, Law and genetics, Institute of Continuing Education, University of Cambridge.
An Associate Member (ACIArb) at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK, Towfique currently holds Foreign Attorney Membership at National Lawyers Guild in New York and he acts as an Associate Member at Asian Society of International Law (Asian SIL-Bangladesh Chapter). He is Recently Qualified Membership at LawAsia (Australia) and serves as an Associate Member at the Centre for International Alternative Dispute Resolution (CiADR), Bangladesh.
