The Commonwealth Lawyers Association’s ADR Committee invites members and non-members alike to contribute to the forthcoming ADR & Mediation Newsletter.

Mediation is evolving at pace across the Commonwealth and beyond. From the adoption of the Jaipur Declaration on Peace Mediation 2026 to the growing impact of the Singapore Convention on Mediation, there has never been a more exciting time to join the conversation.

We are seeking thought-provoking articles, commentary, case studies, practical insights and opinion pieces from practitioners, judges, academics, in-house counsel, mediators and emerging voices in the ADR community.
