Setting the scene with a view from the land, Ron Heinrich AM reflected on the vital role of farmers, corporate directors and lawyers as climate actors in the net zero transition.

Mark Fenhalls KC spoke of the challenges lawyers face to take real steps to tackle the climate crisis. He challenged us to take climate action across all aspects of our lives and work.

The deepening of ESG concepts, particularly for listed companies, was dissected by Julia Charlton with ESG implementation and disclosure on the compliance agenda for corporate regulators and stock exchanges worldwide.

Jason G Anom charged us to get ahead of the corporate compliance curve, with an overview of voluntary extended producer responsibility (EPR) compliance in Malaysia.
