and will be held at 18 May Street, Belfast. BT1 4NL and on the Zoom platform.The Meeting will be open to all members who are entered in the membership database as fully paid up as at 9.00 am BST on 15th June 2021.
Attendance at the General Meeting requires pre-registration for verification of membership purposes, with pre-registration closing at 9.00 am BST on 15th June 2021.
All members who have registered for the General Meeting will be able to vote on the Special Resolutions via the poll function in Zoom, with voting anonymous.
No member will appear on camera and all registrants will be on mute for the duration of the meeting.
All members who have registered for the General Meeting may put questions to the CLA Officers via the online Q&A function during the course of the meeting, or email in advance to info@commonwealthlawyers.com.
The General Meeting will be recorded for Minute taking purposes.
